The Current DEFCON Level for the Sakasarian Federation is:

DEFCON (Defence Condition) 4 was advised by the Sakasarian Security Council and Military Intelligence after the chemical weapons attack in Syria. The Security Council is monitoring the situation and shall alter the DEFCON level accordingly. Analysts predict a 90% chance of a US strike against Syrian positions in response to the chemical attack however see little or no threat to Sakasarian territory or citizens abroad, however given the volatility of the situation, a rise in DEFCON status was prudent. We shall continue to monitor the situation in Syria closely.
